The ground floor is built for gathering.
A 3-meter marble kitchen island with modern stove and oven. A Nespresso Zenius for your coffee ritual. A Quooker tap for instant tea. Everything you need to cook, serve, and share a meal together.
Beyond the kitchen, a living and dining space with a bouclé sofa and a table for six overlooking the lake. Step outside and you're at the edge of the Amsterdam Forest — the water just there, the trees a few steps away.
Here, the workday includes a forest walk between meetings. A meal shared together. A moment to simply be.

Upstairs, the meeting room opens beneath original sailmaker's beams. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with light and frame the view of water and trees.
A long table for twelve. A 75-inch screen with sound. High-speed WiFi. A kitchenette with fridge and Quooker tap.
But the room itself does most of the work: generous proportions, soft neutrals, brass details, and the quiet that comes with being away from the city.
